| The Sonoran Desert is one of the largest and hottest deserts in North America. It is famous for its saguaro cactus. |
  On New Years Day 2008, on our way to Texas, we stopped in the Sonoran Desert to watch the first sunrise of the year. First, it didn't look like much, but then it turned into a true firework!

After that amazing experience, we wanted to see more of this place and so we took a detour through Saguaro National Park.
