Cassiopeia

Cassiopeia

Cassiopeia is a large constellation in the northern hemisphere.

Named after queen Cassiopeia, the mother of Andromeda in Greek mythology, the constellation plays a prominent role in Greek mythology. It is one of the 48 original Ptolemaic Constellations.

due to the bright W-shaped formation, the constellation is a distinct figure in many cultures in the northern hemisphere.
