This chronic, organized by the HistoryManufactury Potsdam, is still growing. Its goal is to come to terms with the country's past through a better understanding of its history. The site is very detailed and extremely well researched.
Potsdam's History

This site was the predecessor to the above mentioned "Potsdam Chronic." It is also maintained by the HistoryManufactury. It is by far the most comprehensive collection of historic information on Potsdam. All very well documented and referenced. This was our main source regarding the town's history.
Potsdam-Poztupimi

This is the latest addition to Potsdam-related websites. It is still under construction. The site combines historical information with today's life. We found a couple of interesting stories we couldn't find anywhere else.
Prussia-Web

This is a personal website, dedicated to the history of Prussia. Very detailed and informative. The scope of this site exceeds our focus on Potsdam, but it helped us to better understand Potsdam's role in the country's history.
Prussia-Chronic

In 2001 Brandenburg's State TV station aired a big production commemorating the 300th anniversary of the founding of Prussia as a kingdom. Originally, this website was just meant to support the TV production, but it soon developed a life of its own and is now one of the most comprehensive sources on Prussian history.
The Brandenburg Vagabond

This is a private website providing a cornucopia of information about the State of Brandenburg. The site demonstrates a lot of love and passion for the country and tells a lot of stories that didn't seem important enough for the larger sites.
